No. The Emtek 1384 is trim only: you get the two 2 x 10-1/2 inch Concord plates and the handles. The multi point mortise lock box has to be ordered separately, along with the levers you want and, on the semi-active leaf, nothing else is keyed since this configuration is non-keyed.
2) What does Door Configuration #3 mean on an Emtek multi point trim?
Configuration #3 is the semi-active leaf of a French or patio door pair: a fixed (dummy) handle on the exterior and a working lever on the interior, with no cylinder. It's the leaf you operate from inside only. If you need a keyed exterior handle that unlocks from outside, that's a different Emtek configuration, not the 1384.
3) What handle center-to-center does the Emtek 1384 trim need to match?
The handle-to-cylinder-hole center-to-center is 4-1/8 inches, with the cylinder position above the handle. Your multi point lock body has to share that 4-1/8 inch spacing or the plate holes won't line up, even though this particular trim is non-keyed and has no cylinder in it.
