No. The 1313 is trim only: plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box is a separate purchase, so you need the lock already in the door or ordered alongside. Plan the order as two lines, not one.

Configuration #3 on the 1313 puts the cylinder above the handle and uses an American style cylinder on the exterior, with a thumbturn on the inside instead of a key. The plate is drilled for that layout, so the existing prep on the door has to place the cylinder hole above the handle at 4-1/8 inch center to center. If your door has the cylinder below the handle or a different spacing, this configuration will not line up.
3) Will Emtek 1313 trim fit an Andersen swinging patio door?
Andersen is the referenced door manufacturer for the 1313 trim, and it is built for swinging patio door hardware. The fit still comes down to the prep matching Configuration #3: cylinder above the handle, 4-1/8 inch center to center, and a plate footprint of 1-1/2 by 11 inches. Measure the existing plate and hole spacing on the door before ordering.
4) Do I have to specify handing when ordering Emtek 1313 multi point trim?
