Door Config #5 describes the hole pattern the trim is drilled for: a Euro profile cylinder positioned below the handle, with 3-5/8 inch center-to-center between the handle spindle and the cylinder. If your existing multi point lock box has that layout, the 1522 plates line up. A different center-to-center or a cylinder above the handle needs a different config.
