No. The Emtek 1741 is trim only. You get the plates, the handles, and the cylinder. The multi point mortise lock box has to be sourced separately, so if you are replacing worn hardware on a swinging patio door and the gearbox in the door is still good, this is the right part. If the gearbox is the problem, the trim alone will not fix it.

If the cylinder on your door sits below the handle, or the spacing is anything other than 6 inches, you need a different Emtek configuration.
