Trim only. The Emtek 1746 set includes the plates and handles, and the multi point mortise lock box is not included. If you are replacing hardware on an existing swinging patio door, the gearbox already in the door stays; if it is a new door, the multi point lock has to come from the door manufacturer or be ordered separately.
2) What does Door Configuration #7 mean on Emtek multi point trim?

The 1746 is a non-keyed set, so the inside is operated by thumbturn. Your door's existing prep has to match that configuration, cylinder above handle, or the holes won't line up.

The plates measure 1-1/2 by 11 inches with a 6 inch center-to-center. That CTC is the spacing between the handle and the cylinder or thumbturn, and it is the number to check against the prep in your door before ordering.
