G-U is the door manufacturer reference for this trim, and it is built to the large multi point configuration with a 3-5/8 inch center-to-center between the handle and the cylinder hole above it. Match those two things on your door prep and the plates land correctly.
2) Is the Emtek 1L1A22 keyed, and why is there still a cylinder hole in the plate?
Non-keyed passage function, so no cylinder and no locking. The plate is styled for the large multi point family where the cylinder sits above the handle, which is why the geometry carries a 3-5/8 inch center-to-center. If you need the door to lock, you want the keyed version of this plate, not this one.
3) What do I have to specify when ordering the Emtek 1L1A22 arched entry set?
