1) Does the Emtek 2407 doorbell come with the button, or do I have to buy that separately?
The 2407 ships as a complete unit: the Ribbon and Reed rosette plate, a lighted push button, and matching screws. The screws are not sold separately, so keep them with the box if the trim goes on site before the wiring is finished. 3) Will the Emtek 2407 doorbell match my other Emtek entry hardware?

Those are the two rectangular vertical options in the range, and the 11 inch is the one people pick when they want the bell to read against a tall stile or a modern entry surround. The 2407 is a round Ribbon and Reed rosette and will not give you that look.
7) Is the Emtek 2407 doorbell brass or plated steel?
Solid brass, both the substrate and the material of record. That matters on an exterior door: brass takes the plated and living finishes without the rust bloom you get when a plated steel plate gets nicked at the edge.
