Yes. The Oatey 90241 Hercules Johni-Ring is a jumbo wax ring sized to seal on either a 3 inch or a 4 inch waste opening, so you don't need to know the flange size before you buy. It is intended for floor mounted toilets.

That is exactly what a jumbo ring is for. The 90241 carries more wax than a standard ring, so it takes up the extra gap when the flange sits low relative to the finished floor, which is common after a tile or LVT overlay. If the flange is more than roughly a half inch below the floor, the usual trade practice is a flange extender rather than stacking wax.

The horn is a tapered plastic sleeve molded into the wax that drops into the closet flange and funnels the discharge straight into the pipe. It helps keep waste off the wax and reduces the chance of a slow leak at the flange. On a 90241, you get the horn plus the wax. If your flange sits above the finished floor, or you are stacking rings, a horn can bottom out before the wax compresses, and a plain no-horn wax ring is the better choice there.

The 90241 is the gasket only. A reset also needs closet bolts with washers and nuts (and caps if the old set is corroded), and in many cases a new supply line and a bead of sealant at the base.
