1) What wire size does the Sta-Kon RH737 ring terminal take?
The RH737 is built for 1/0 AWG conductor. It is a nylon insulated ring terminal with a copper barrel, so it crimps onto stranded copper 1/0 cable. Anything smaller than 1/0 will not fill the barrel properly and the crimp will not hold.
2) Will the RH737 ring terminal fit a 3/8 inch stud or lug bolt?
Yes. The RH737 is the 3/8 inch stud size in the Sta-Kon insulated ring range, so it lands on a 3/8 inch bus bar stud, breaker lug screw, or ground bar bolt. For a 1/4 or 5/16 stud you need the matching smaller ring, not this one.
3) Is the Sta-Kon RH737 aluminum rated, or copper only?
Copper only. The barrel is copper, so it is intended for stranded copper conductor. Aluminum 1/0 feeders need a dual rated AL9CU connector instead, and putting aluminum into a copper only barrel risks a bad connection.
4) Is the Sta-Kon RH737 rated for 600 volt circuits?

Where you need a two hole pad, a long barrel for a high pull-out load, or a terminal that will be taped into a larger insulation build, a bare compression lug is the better choice. The RH737 is a single hole, 3/8 inch stud, 600 V insulated ring.
