The RH727 is sized for 1/0 AWG conductor. It is a one-size barrel, so it will not grip smaller feeder or branch wire reliably; for 2 AWG or 4 AWG you need the matching smaller terminal in the series rather than this one.
2) Is this nylon insulated ring terminal rated for 600 volt circuits?
The insulation on the RH727 is rated 600 V, which covers normal commercial and industrial power and control wiring up to 600 volts. It is also built under UL file E9809.
3) Can I use this terminal on aluminum conductor?
No. The RH727 barrel is copper, so it is intended for copper conductor only. Crimping copper-only terminals on aluminum wire creates a dissimilar metal joint that corrodes and loosens; for aluminum feeders use an AL9CU rated compression lug instead.
