On a fire rated opening the Don-Jo BP-1-34 bottom pivot, heavy duty and fire rated at 600 lb capacity with a 3/4 inch offset, is the floor-side part to specify instead of the brass base.

Two: AL aluminum and DU storefront bronze. Those are the two colors that match standard storefront and commercial aluminum entrance framing, so on a glass front or aluminum door opening you pick whichever matches the existing framing rather than the door hardware.
