1) Will the Medeco 100200T M3 mortise cylinder fit my existing mortise lock case?
The 100200T is a standard threaded mortise cylinder, so it screws into a standard mortise lock case and is held with the case set screw. Two things decide the fit: length and cam. Lengths run 1-1/8, 1-1/4, 1-3/8, 1-1/2, 1-5/8 and 1-3/4 inches, so measure from the face of the lock body out to the finished door or escutcheon surface and pick the length that leaves the cylinder face flush. The cam has to match your lock brand, and that is a separate selection (Schlage, Sargent, Corbin Russwin, Yale, Adams Rite, Falcon and others are all offered).
