It carries a 4 terminal (4 jaw) socket, which is the standard configuration for single phase 3 wire 120/240V self contained metering. One meter position, one branch circuit out, so it serves a single dwelling or single tenant.
2) What main breaker sizes does the Milbank U5842-RL come with, and can I get one without a breaker installed?
