That covers a standard single phase 120/240V residential or light commercial service entrance. Four jaws is the single phase configuration, so it is not for a 3 phase service.
2) What is the difference between the U8143-DL-200, U8143-RL-200 and U8143-XL-200?
They are the same 200A 4 terminal ring type socket with main breaker, differing in the top hub arrangement. The DL-200 comes with a 2 inch hub. The RL-200 is supplied small hub open with a large frame breaker. The XL-200 comes with a small closing plate instead of a hub. Pick the hub version to match your service entry: a 2 inch hub for overhead raceway landing on top, or the closing plate when you are feeding from underground and do not need a top hub.
