No. The UQFB-A is a 2-pole, single-phase device rated 240 volts AC at 60 Hz. For a three-phase service you need a 3-pole breaker; this one will only protect two ungrounded legs of a single-phase 120/240 system.
2) Is 10K AIC enough for my service, or do I need a 22K breaker?
The UQFB-A interrupts 10,000 amperes of fault current. That covers most residential and light commercial services where the utility transformer and conductor run limit available fault current below 10kA.
