NUVO Lighting 62-1216 14in, Flush Mounted LED Fixture, CCT Selectable, Square, White Acrylic

Yes for a bathroom or laundry room ceiling. The 62-1216 square flush mount carries a damp location rating and is an indoor fixture, so it handles humidity and steam but should not go in a shower spray zone or any exterior location exposed to rain.

Plan for a 14 x 14 inch footprint with 3.25 inches of projection below the ceiling plane. At 2.09 pounds it is light enough that the fixture weight itself is not a concern for a standard ceiling box, and the low profile keeps it clear of head height in a closet or low basement ceiling.

The 62-1216 is CCT selectable, so the color temperature is chosen at the fixture rather than by ordering different SKUs. That is why it works for a property manager standardizing corridors, closets, and utility rooms on a single part number and then setting warm or cool light per space. Output runs 1230 to 1330 lumens depending on the setting selected, at 20 watts.

No. The LED is integrated with no replaceable lamp and no socket, so there is nothing to relamp. Rated life is 50,000 hours, which is the maintenance math to use for an MRO or multi-family fleet: the fixture is swapped as a unit at end of life rather than serviced.

The 62-1216 is cETLus listed, which covers both US and Canadian safety requirements for inspection on commercial, multi-family, and institutional jobs. It is also RoHS compliant. Note the California Prop 65 disclosure for lead if you are shipping into or specifying for California.

It mounts either way. The mounting method is listed as ceiling/wall, so the same 14 inch square housing works as a close-to-ceiling fixture or a wall-mounted utility light in a stairwell, hallway, or service area.

Dimmable, and wired for a standard 120V branch circuit. Because the LED array is integrated rather than lamped, pair it with a dimmer rated for LED loads; a 20 watt load is well under most residential dimmer minimums, so check the dimmer's low-end rating if you are putting several on one control.

For a hallway, entry, closet, laundry, or small bedroom, that output from a single 14 inch flush mount is a normal single-fixture solution. For a kitchen or a large open room, plan on multiple units or a higher-output fixture. CRI is 90, so colors and finishes read accurately, which matters in a bath or a leasing-ready unit more than in a storage room.

Steel housing with a white acrylic diffuser, offered in white only, so every unit matches unit to unit across a job. The square shape and utility styling suit corridors, garages, and service spaces rather than decorative rooms.
