1) Is Oatey 23001 solder safe for potable water copper piping?
Yes. The Oatey 23001 wire solder is a lead free copper, bismuth, tin and silver alloy formulated for plumbing and potable water line work. 2) Can I use Oatey 23001 lead free solder on aluminum tubing or fittings?
