Yes, but you have to order the right driver. The X22-150 FlexFlood comes in two driver builds: the standard 120-277V model, and a separate 480V version that also carries 0-10V dimming. The 480V variants are ordered as X22-150/480 in bronze and X22-150W/480 in white. If your panel is 480V and you buy the standard model, it will not work, so pick the /480 suffix at the order form.
2) Do I need to add a photocell or a timer to run these dusk to dawn?
No extra control is needed. The X22-150 FlexFlood has a photocell built into the fixture, so it switches on at dark and off at daylight on its own. Wire it to a constant unswitched hot rather than a timeclock or a switched circuit, otherwise you are fighting the photocell for control of the light.
3) How do I size the circuit for RAB X22-150 floodlights, and how many can I put on one 20A breaker?
