2) Can I get the TBF158 mounted back to back on a pair of pulls, or with concealed fasteners?
Both are order options. Back to back mounting in pairs uses the BTB suffix plus the mounting type number (for example TBF156BTB16 in Rockwood's own notation). A single pull with concealed mounting uses the C suffix plus the mounting type number (TBF156C17). You have to call out the mounting type number either way, so pick that before you release the order.
3) What is the closest equivalent to the Rockwood TBF158 offset door pull from another brand?
