Schaub 784 6" Center to Center Mountain Twig Cabinet Pull

The 784 uses 8/32 thread screws at 1 inch long. That length covers a typical 3/4 inch drawer front or door with thread left to engage the post. If you are mounting to a thicker slab front, or through a false front plus a box front, you will need longer 8/32 machine screws, which are a standard stock size at any hardware counter.

The Schaub 784 is a rustic-style pull from the Mountain collection in solid bronze with a 6 inch center-to-center. If the cabinetry calls for a clean contemporary line instead, the Omnia 1968/102 is a modern forged solid brass cabinet pull with 4 inch center-to-center spacing, and the Deltana SBP35 is a modern square bar pull in solid brass at 3-1/2 inch. Both are shorter on center than the 784, so existing 6 inch drill centers would need to be re-bored or covered.

The Schaub 784 has a 1-3/4 inch projection. For a narrower walkway, the Omnia 1969 and Omnia 1971 are forged solid brass pulls with a 1-3/16 inch projection, and the Omnia 1970 is forged solid brass with a 1-1/4 inch projection. All three sit closer to the door face than the 784's twig profile.

Projection is 1-3/4 inches. That is a deep reach for a cabinet pull, which is what you want for a gloved hand or a heavy drawer, but it matters in a tight galley or on a door beside a wall return or an appliance. Measure your swing clearance before you commit to a full kitchen of them.

Solid bronze, not plated zinc or a hollow tube. For a rental or hospitality property that matters: bronze wears through to more bronze rather than to a bright base metal, and the living finishes in the range (Natural Bronze in particular) are meant to patina with handling rather than chip.

The 784 is fixed at 6 inch center-to-center, so it will not work on a narrow drawer or a small door. Stay inside the Schaub Mountain collection for the shorter twig pulls and knobs in the same casting and finish family so the look stays consistent. Emtek carries the Schaub collection, so the closest brand-family match is the Emtek 8405 Select cabinet pull from the Schaub collection. Those are separate series from the Schaub 784 Mountain twig, which is a rustic solid bronze pull, so the shape and center-to-center will not carry over automatically - confirm the drilling before you swap.

They are not interchangeable in appearance or material. The Orca Hardware CK-12001 is a steel T-pull bar with a 2 inch bar width in satin nickel, aimed at contemporary and commercial casework. The Schaub 784 is a solid bronze rustic twig pull offered in Antique Silver, Antique Bronze, Italian Nickel, Natural Bronze, and Verde Imperiale. If the design intent is the bronze rustic look, the CK-12001 will not carry it.

3/8 inch is the base dimension on the 784 twig pull, meaning the footprint of the mounting post where it meets the cabinet face. It is small, so it leaves very little cover around the bore hole. If you are replacing hardware that used a rosette or a wide base and the old holes do not line up exactly, you will see the old bore and will need to plug and refinish.
