Screw lengths run 1/2 inch (50), 3/4 inch (30), 1 inch (20), 1-1/4 inch (30), 1-1/2 inch (15) and 2 inch (15). Along with the bolts you get 100 #6 SAE flat washers, 100 #6 lock washers, and 150 #6-32 hex steel nuts, so you can make up a complete bolt, washer and nut stack without pulling from another bin.

No. The RSBK1 kit is not Buy American compliant and is not ARRA compliant, and country of origin is listed as multiple. If your project carries a domestic sourcing clause, this assortment will not satisfy it.

Either one. The heads in the RSBK1 kit are combination slotted/Phillips, so you can drive them with a flat blade or a #2 Phillips. The Phillips recess is 0.149 to 0.162 inch diameter and 0.084 inch deep; the slot is 0.039 to 0.048 inch wide and 0.051 to 0.068 inch deep. Useful in a panel or box where you can only get one screwdriver in the space.

Steel with a zinc plate. Zinc is the everyday commercial plating for interior and protected work and it is what most device and box hardware uses. It is not a stainless or hot dip galvanized part, so for wet exterior or corrosive duty you want a stainless 6-32 instead.
