1) Can the Securitron R100 reader be mounted on a glass door without drilling?

That is what the R100 is built for. It adheres to glass, metal or stone surfaces with no cutting or drilling and no connecting wires running to it, because the reader is battery operated and talks to the hub over wireless. For a glass front installer that means no hole in the glass and no wire route through the door, which is the usual reason a card reader cannot go on a storefront entrance in the first place.

2) What is the difference between the R100 Not Factory Paired and the version factory paired with an AH20 Wiegand hub?

Two ordering choices on the R100. Factory Paired with AH20 - Wiegand Hub ships already associated with its hub, so the reader and hub arrive as a working wireless pair and you skip the pairing step on site. 3) Will the Securitron R100 wireless reader work with my existing access control panel?

The R100 reaches your panel through an Aperio hub, not directly. The AH20 hub is a Wiegand hub, so the panel side of the connection is standard Wiegand wiring from the hub to your access control panel. The wire pull is only from the panel to the hub, and the hub to reader link is wireless with AES 128 encryption. So if your panel takes Wiegand reader inputs, the R100 drops onto it.

4) What card credentials does the Securitron R100 read, and does it handle phone credentials?
