1) What conduit type does the Red Dot DALR-3-CG conduit body fit?
The DALR-3-CG is built for rigid metal conduit and IMC in the 1 inch trade size. It is a Series A style body, so the hubs are threaded to take rigid/IMC conduit directly. It is not intended for EMT, which uses setscrew or compression connectors instead of threaded hubs.

Confirm the orientation first: if the old body is an LL or an LB rather than an LR, the cover opening will land on the wrong side and you want that letter instead.
5) Is the Red Dot DALR-3-CG aluminum or iron? I need it on a coastal exterior run.
It is die cast aluminum. For outdoor runs aluminum avoids the rust problem you get with ferrous bodies, but keep it off direct contact with dissimilar metals and away from standing concrete or chloride contact where galvanic corrosion can start. If your spec calls for a ferrous body, an aluminum fitting is not a drop-in substitute on that point.
6) What is the Red Dot part number I should put on a purchase order for a 1 inch LR body with cover and gasket?
