Yes. The Rockport 11-inch LED sconce uses AC LED technology, so there is no separate driver or transformer to house, and it mounts on a pancake junction box. It is hardwired on 120V, and the round backplate measures 7.13 inches, so it covers a standard 4-inch box opening.
2) Is the 11 inch Rockport LED sconce rated for a coastal or exposed exterior wall?
It is ETL and cETL listed for wet locations and carries an IP65 rating, which covers direct rain and washdown on an exposed exterior wall. The body is aluminum with an etched acrylic diffuser rather than glass. It is also rated for indoor use, so the same fixture can be specified inside and out on one building.
3) What dimmer works with the WAC Rockport outdoor LED sconce?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmer. Because this is an AC LED fixture with no external driver, those are the two control types it accepts. A standard incandescent-only or 0-10V control is not the right choice here.
