Yes. The Vaiation WS-W15312 carries a Wet location rating and an IP65 rating, along with ETL and cETL listings, so it can go on an open exterior wall, entry, or breezeway with direct rain exposure. It is also rated for indoor use, so the same fixture works in covered corridors and stairwells.
2) Will the WS-W15312 work on 277V in a commercial building, or do I need a different part number?

3) How do I set the color temperature on the Vaiation outdoor wall light during install?
There is a Tri-CCT switch inside the canopy, reachable while the fixture is open during installation. It toggles between 2700K warm, 3000K warm white, and 3500K white.
