1) Can the WAC Metro FM-180112 flush mount be installed on a wall as well as a ceiling?
Both. The Metro 12 inch square flush mount mounts to a ceiling or a wall, in any orientation, so you can run the same fixture over a vanity and on the ceiling of the same bath. The driver sits inside the fixture, so there is no remote gear to find a home for above the wall board. It is hardwired, not plug-in, so you need a junction box at the location.
