1) How low can the WAC Corso 18 inch LED pendant hang, and can I shorten it?
The Corso PD-33718 hangs anywhere from 15 inches to 120 inches overall. Ten feet of cable ships with it, and you adjust the drop with a push-pin locking mechanism at the canopy, so you set the height on site rather than cutting the cable to length. The fixture body itself accounts for 6.3 inches of that.
2) Will the Corso pendant mount on a sloped ceiling?
Yes, the Corso is rated for slope ceiling mounting. It hangs from cable off a round 6.5 inch canopy, which also houses the driver, so no remote driver location has to be planned into the ceiling cavity.
3) What dimmer works with the WAC Corso PD-33718 LED pendant?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) or a 0-10V dimmer. It's an integrated LED with an onboard driver, so a standard incandescent/TRIAC forward-phase dimmer is not the right control for it. On a commercial 0-10V system you'll need the control wiring run to the canopy along with the line voltage.
4) Can I run the Corso pendant on 277V in a commercial building?
Yes. The Corso uses a universal input voltage driver that accepts 120V, 240V or 277V, so the same part number works on a residential 120V circuit or a 277V commercial lighting branch. That's useful when you're standardizing one fixture across mixed-voltage floors.
5) Can the Corso pendant go over a bathroom vanity or on a covered porch?
It's damp location rated with an IP44 rating, so a covered porch, a soffit, or a bath outside the shower/tub zone is fine. It is not wet rated, so keep it out of direct rain or spray.

1495 lumens at 22.5 watts, in 3000K warm white with a flood distribution. The LED modules are hidden behind a circular white polycarbonate diffuser, so it reads as even ambient light rather than a point source. 7) What finishes does the Corso 18 inch pendant come in, and what are the part numbers?
Three finishes, all in 3000K: brushed aluminum (PD-33718-AL), black (PD-33718-BK) and white (PD-33718-WT). The body is spun solid aluminum in every case. If you're matching a run of existing Corso pendants, the aluminum is the original finish and black and white were added later.
8) Do I have to buy bulbs for the Corso pendant, and what happens when the LED dies?
No lamps to buy. The LED is integrated and included, rated 75,000 average hours, which is why WAC calls it maintenance-free. There's no socket, so the light source isn't field-replaceable the way a screw-base lamp would be.
