1) Does the WAC Lighting BA-AC30 light bar need a separate LED driver or transformer?
No. The BA-AC30 runs straight off 120V line voltage using WAC's ACLED driverless technology, so there's no remote driver, no transformer, and no low-voltage wiring to run.
