No. The BA-AC24 runs on ACLED driverless technology, wired straight to 120 VAC, 50/60Hz. There's no remote driver, no low-voltage transformer, and no power supply to find room for in the cabinet. 3) Will the WAC BA-AC24 light bar work on my existing dimmer?

So an existing 120V wall dimmer on the circuit will generally work, as long as it's an ELV or TRIAC type rated for LED load. It will not work on 0-10V or DALI control, since there are no separate control leads on a driverless AC fixture.
