Modern Forms WS-W2416 Rain LED Indoor or Outdoor Wall Light

This sconce perfectly captures that moment in the city-maybe it's New York, maybe it's Paris-when the rain is falling hard and the streetlamps make it shimmer, and you're filled with awe at the beauty of nature and light. The irony of this design, of course, is that it's weather-resistant in two modern finishes, for an enduring, reliable illumination rain or shine. Energy efficient integrated LED's provide a long-lasting maintenance-free bright and even illumination throughout any space.

WAC Lighting DR36-MB – Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is the WAC DR36 downrod and how much drop does it add?
The DR36 is a 36 inch extension downrod for WAC Smart Fans ceiling fans. It drops the fan three feet below the mounting canopy, which is the piece you add when a standard rod leaves the blades too close to a high or sloped ceiling. It is a fan accessory only, not a fan or a light kit.
2) Will the WAC DR36 fit any brand of ceiling fan?
No. The DR36 is built for WAC Smart Fans and should be treated as brand specific. Rod diameter, thread and the wiring length inside vary between manufacturers, so putting a WAC rod on another maker's fan is not a safe substitution. If the fan is not a WAC Smart Fan, source the downrod from that fan's own accessory line.
3) What finishes does the WAC Smart Fans DR36 downrod come in?
Six: Brushed Aluminum (DR36-BA), Brushed Nickel (DR36-BN), Matte Black (DR36-MB), Matte White (DR36-MW), Oil Rubbed Bronze (DR36-OB) and Satin Brass (DR36-SB). Order the rod in the same finish as the fan so the drop doesn't read as a mismatched pipe under the canopy.
4) I'm specifying fans for a lobby with 16 foot ceilings - do I order the downrod separately?
Yes. The DR36 is sold as a separate accessory in the WAC fan accessory line, so it is a second line item on top of the fan itself. Specify one rod per fan, in the matching finish, and confirm the drop you want against the ceiling height before you release the order.
