1) What is the difference between the IX-DVF-RA and IX-DVF-2RA emergency stations?
Button count. The RA has one call button; the 2RA has two. Both ship in English or French versions, and the French builds carry the ADA raised lettering and Braille signage in French. Pick the 2RA where you need a separate general assistance call and a dedicated emergency call reaching different destinations.
2) Can the Aiphone IX-DVF RA run on PoE, and how much power does it draw?
It runs on standard 802.3af PoE, class 0, drawing 5.28 watts. That means one Cat cable does power and data, no local transformer at the pedestal. It also does PoE pass through when fed from 802.3at Type 2 PoE+, so you can power a downstream device off the same run.
3) Will an Aiphone IX-DVF RA survive outdoors in an unheated parking garage or northern climate?
Rated IP65 for weather resistance and IK08 for impact, with a stainless steel faceplate. Operating range is -40 to 140 degrees F (-40 to 60 C), so it covers exterior tower and garage mounting in cold climates without a heater.

Yes, manually. Vertical adjustment is +15 degrees, 0, or -8 degrees, which lets you correct for a station mounted at ADA reach height so the frame catches a face rather than a chest. There is no motorized or remote pan and tilt.
