Yes. 3) Will the Arrow MLX87 latch into the strike that is already in my frame?
It ships with a 306 ASA ANSI strike, 4-7/8 by 1-1/4 inches, which is the standard commercial frame prep, so on a hollow metal frame already cut for ASA strike it drops straight in. The latch is stainless steel with a 1/2 inch throw and a guarded deadlatching plunger, so the strike lip has to sit close enough for the plunger to ride the strike face and deadlock the bolt.
