1) Will the Arrow QL87 latch into the strike I already have in the frame?
The QL87 ships with a 306 ANSI strike measuring 4-7/8 x 1-1/4 inches, so if your frame is already cut for a standard ANSI strike the new one drops into the same prep. The latch is a Q71 deadlatch on a 2-3/4 inch backset with a 1/2 inch throw and a 1-1/8 x 2-1/4 inch faceplate.
