These are 13.56MHz RFID smart cards. A 125kHz proximity reader operates on a different frequency and will not read them, so they only suit the Codelocks and KitLock RFID readers they are specified for.

They ship 10 cards to a pack, so a property manager issuing credentials to a floor or a small building buys in multiples of ten rather than singly.
