It is Door Configuration #1 trim with a 3-5/8 inch center-to-center between the handle and the cylinder position, so match your existing gearbox spacing to that figure before ordering.

Doors from 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches, with an adjustable backset of 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inches and a 2-1/8 inch cross bore. Door thickness is also a field you fill in when ordering, so give the actual measured thickness of your slab if it sits outside the standard 1-3/4 inch commercial dimension.
3) Do I have to specify handing on the Emtek 1112 trim?
Handing matters here, and it is a required choice: right hand or left hand. Stand outside the door on the side it swings away from you, and the side the hinges are on gives you the hand. Ordering the wrong hand puts the lever throw and the cylinder position backwards on the door.
