1) Does the Emtek 1325 multi point trim include the lock body, or is it just the handles and plates?
Trim only. The 1325 set gives you the two plates and the handles for a swinging patio door; the multi point mortise lock box is not part of it and has to be sourced separately. Because it's the Dummy function, there's no latch action at all - the levers are fixed, which is what you want on the inactive leaf of a pair or a fixed patio panel.
2) What is the center-to-center measurement on the Emtek 1325 arched plate, and will it line up with my existing multi point lock?
Center-to-center is 4-1/8 inches, measured between the handle and the cylinder hole, with the cylinder sitting above the handle. That spacing is what has to match your multi point lock body - if your existing gear is on a different CTC, the plate won't line up. The plate itself is 2 by 10 inches.
3) Will the Emtek 1325 trim fit a 1-3/4 inch door?
Yes. The 1325 covers 1-3/8 inch through 1-3/4 inch doors, which spans both the common older interior thickness and standard modern patio door stock. It's surface mount, so no door prep is needed for the plates themselves. Door thickness is a field you fill in when ordering so the spindle and screw pack come correct.

Three things beyond finish. Lever style is required, from ten Sandcast Bronze options: Aurora, Bryce, Cimarron, Cody, Durango, Lariat, Mariposa, Montrose, Teton and Yuma. Handing is required, right or left. Door thickness is an optional text entry. Finish comes in three: Flat Black Bronze, Medium Bronze and Tumbled White Bronze.
5) Is this Emtek trim suitable for an Andersen patio door?
Andersen is the referenced door manufacturer for the 1325 multi point trim. Confirm the gear on your specific door matches the 4-1/8 inch center-to-center and the Configuration #3 layout before ordering, since Andersen has used more than one multi point arrangement over the years.
6) Why does a dummy trim set need handing specified?
Because the arched plate is cut for a cylinder position above the handle and the lever throw is oriented to the swing, the 1325 is ordered right hand or left hand.
