No. The 13B2 is trim only: plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box is a separate purchase, so you need the lock body already in the door or ordered alongside it.

It is built for Door Configuration #3, with a 4-1/8 inch handle-to-cylinder center-to-center and the cylinder hole above the handle. Backset is adjustable to 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inches and the cross bore is 2-1/8 inches. If your existing multi point lock uses a different spacing or puts the cylinder below the handle, this plate will not line up.
3) Will this Emtek trim work on an Andersen patio door?
Andersen is the referenced door manufacturer for this trim, in Door Configuration #3. Confirm your Andersen unit uses the config #3 layout, cylinder above the handle with 4-1/8 inch center-to-center, since Andersen has used more than one multi point arrangement over the years.
4) Is the 13B2 keyed, or does it lock at all?
Non-keyed passage. The levers operate the multi point latching but there is no cylinder and no locking function, and it is not electronic. If you need to key the opening, you want a keyed multi point trim configuration instead.
5) Do I have to specify handing on Emtek multi point trim?
Yes, handing is required: right hand or left hand. Multi point trim is not field-reversible the way a bored lever set is, so determine the swing before ordering. Lever style is also a required selection.
