No. The Emtek 1443 is trim only. You get the interior and exterior plates and the handles, and you supply or reuse the multipoint mortise lock box, which is not included. If your existing gearbox is worn out, order it separately.
2) What is Door Configuration #4 on an Emtek multipoint trim, and how do I know my patio door uses it?
Configuration #4 refers to the hole pattern in the door slab: on the 1443 the cylinder sits above the handle, and the center-to-center spacing between the cylinder hole and the handle hub is 3-5/8 inches. Measure from the middle of your existing key or thumbturn hole to the middle of the spindle hole. If that comes out at 3-5/8 inches with the cylinder on top, the config matches.
3) Which patio door brands does the Emtek 1443 multipoint trim reference for fit?
