The 1581 is trim only: plates, handles, and the euro profile cylinder. The multi point mortise lock box is not included, so you order that separately or reuse the one already in the door. Levers are chosen from any Emtek brass lever, and the trim ships with the spring assist function that returns the lever to neutral so the handles don't sag.
2) Will the Emtek Concord 1581 trim fit my existing multi point patio door hardware?
Fit is decided by the door configuration and the center-to-center spacing. The 1581 is Door Configuration #5 with 3-5/8 inch center-to-center between the handle hub and the cylinder, and the euro cylinder hub sits BELOW the handle. Measure your existing plate hub-to-hub and check that the keyway is below the lever, not above it. If your door has the cylinder above the handle, or a different spacing, this is the wrong configuration.
