1) Does the Emtek 1633 multi point trim include the multi point lock itself?
No. The Emtek 1633 is trim only, the plates and handles for a swinging patio door. The multi point mortise lock box is a separate purchase. If your door does not already have a multi point lock installed in it, you need the lock body as well before this trim does anything.
