No. The 1721 is trim only: plates, handles, and the cylinder. The multi point mortise lock box is a separate purchase, so if you are replacing the whole mechanism you need the lock body as well. Configuration #7 trim is referenced to Trillenium doors (formerly W and F Manufacturing). It is swinging patio door hardware, so it goes on an inswing or outswing patio door already fitted with a multi point mortise lock, not on a standard bored-cylindrical opening.
