1) Will a standard garbage disposal and basket strainer fit the Houzer ED-3108 drain openings?
The drain openings are 3-1/2 inch, which is the standard US kitchen sink size, so standard disposals and 3-1/2 inch basket strainers land on it. Both drains are center located in their bowls, which keeps the tailpieces near the middle of the cabinet and away from the back wall.
2) What is the difference between the ED-3108-1 and the ED-3108-C?
Same sink, different package. ED-3108-1 is the bowl on its own. ED-3108-C ships with two basket strainers and two bottom grids (190-9180 strainers and BG-3100 grids). If you already stock strainers or are pairing one bowl with a disposal, the -1 keeps you from buying hardware twice.
3) Are both bowls on the Houzer ED-3108 the same size?
Yes, it is a true 50/50 split. Both the left and right bowls measure 14-1/16 x 15-3/4 x 8 inches, so you can prep in one and stack dishes in the other without one side being cramped. If you want a large wash bowl and a small prep bowl, look at a 60/40 configuration instead.

There are no faucet holes in the deck, because the ED-3108 mounts under the counter. The faucet and any soap dispenser or air switch get drilled into the countertop or the back deck, so you pick hole count and spread at the fabricator, not from the sink. That is the main practical difference from a topmount bowl, where the drilling is fixed at the factory.
