1) What size cabinet do I need for the Houzer PCB-1750 bar sink?
Plan on a 21 inch minimum cabinet. The sink itself measures 15-5/8 x 17-5/16 x 8 inches overall, and the extra cabinet width covers the undermount reveal, mounting clips and the drain run below. In a bar or prep run with narrower base cabinets, this one won't drop in.
2) Will a standard kitchen basket strainer drain fit the PCB-1750?
The drain opening is 3-1/2 inches and sits at the center of the bowl, which is the standard US kitchen sink opening, so a normal 3-1/2 inch basket strainer or disposer flange mates to it. Houzer lists basket strainer 190-9180 as the matching accessory. Center drain also means the tailpiece lands in the middle of the cabinet rather than off to one side.
3) Can the Houzer PCB-1750 be installed under quartz or granite, and what's included to mount it?
It's an undermount sink, so it needs a solid-surface top (stone, quartz or solid surface) that can carry the sink weight and take a polished cutout edge. Houzer ships it with mounting clips, a cutout template and installation instructions. It is not designed for a drop-in or laminate top application.
