Medeco Mortise Cylinder Overview

The Medeco mortise cylinder is threaded on the outside shell and is designed to be easily installed into standard mortise lock cases from other leading manufacturers. A rear-mounted cam engages the locking mechanism, while a set screw secures the cylinder in place—ensuring reliable operation and compatibility with common lock hardware.

Rim cylinders are ideal for use with:

• Jimmyproof locks (also known as vertical dropbolts or interlocking deadbolts)
