Yes. The 4519-H blind flange has flanged ends compatible with ANSI B16.5 Class 150 bolt patterns, so it mates to any Class 150 drilled companion flange, plastic or metal, in the same nominal size. Pick the size to match the line: it runs 1/2 inch through 8 inch (1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2, 2, 2-1/2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 inch). Use a full-face gasket and bolt in a star pattern to avoid cracking the PVC.
2) Is the Nibco 4519-H blind flange approved for potable water?
