1) What stud or bolt size does the K673 flag terminal fit?
It's a 3/8 inch stud terminal, so it lands on a 3/8 inch bolt, stud or breaker lug screw. The tongue is set at a right angle to the barrel, which is the point of a flag terminal: it lets you come at the stud from the side when there's no room to run the cable straight in.
2) Is the Sta-Kon K673 insulated, and does that matter for my application?
No insulation on it. The K673 is a bare copper terminal, metallic finish, so the crimp barrel and tongue are exposed conductor once installed. If the termination sits where it can be touched or where it could flash to an adjacent phase or enclosure wall, you need to add heat shrink or boot it, or use an insulated flag terminal instead.
3) Is the Sta-Kon K673 copper or aluminum, and can I put it on aluminum wire?
The body is copper, so it's a copper-only terminal. Don't crimp it on aluminum conductor. Aluminum needs an AL9CU rated lug with the right inhibitor compound.
