No. It is a round track hanger, so the wheel profile rides Orca's RDST round rod track and won't seat correctly on flat strap or square-profile track. If your existing track is flat bar, you need a hanger matched to that profile, not this one.

Wall mount. The RDST round track and its drop hangers are set up to hang off the wall above the opening, which means you need solid backing or blocking in the wall through the run of the track. If your only structure is overhead and you were planning a ceiling-mounted track, this is not the system for that opening.

A thru bolt hanger passes fasteners all the way through the door face and secures on the back side, rather than screwing into the door edge or face only. That gives you a mechanical connection independent of the door's core material, which matters on hollow core or laminated slabs where a face-screwed hanger can pull out. It also means the back of the door has to be accessible and the hardware will be visible on both faces.

The hanger is stainless steel through the base material, not a plated finish over mild steel, so surface damage during install won't expose a rusting substrate the way a plated hanger would. The hanger is specified as part of Orca's RDST round track system and the geometry of the wheel to the rod is what makes a top-hung door roll smoothly and hang plumb. If you are working on another manufacturer's round track, match the hanger to that track rather than substituting across brands.

A drop hanger carries the door from a strap that drops down the face of the door to the thru bolt connection, so the wheel sits above the door and the track runs clear of the top edge. A top-mount style instead fastens to the top edge of the slab. Drop hangers give you room to set the track height for door clearance over flooring transitions, and they let you thru bolt into the door face rather than relying on the top edge to hold a fastener.
