TOTO THU4015 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is TOTO THU4015 and which faucet does it fit?
THU4015 is a TOTO spout set for the Mercer deck-mount bath faucet line. It is a faucet replacement part, not a complete faucet, so it is ordered when the spout on an existing Mercer DB faucet needs to be replaced rather than the whole trim.
2) Will the THU4015 spout set work on a TOTO wall-mount or widespread faucet?
No. THU4015 is built for the Mercer deck-mount (DB) faucet and should only be used on that faucet. For a wall-mount or a different TOTO series, order the spout part listed for that specific faucet model instead.
3) Is TOTO THU4015 a spout or just the aerator?
It is supplied as a spout set for the Mercer DB faucet. The part type on record is Spout, so what ships is the spout assembly for that faucet rather than a loose aerator insert.
4) How do I order the right TOTO Mercer replacement spout for a maintenance repair?
Order by the part number on the faucet's parts breakdown. For the Mercer deck-mount faucet the spout set is THU4015, a single part number with no size options to choose, which keeps it simple for property maintenance stock. Match the finish of the existing faucet trim when you confirm the order.
