1) Will the WAC FM-15RN dim on the switches I already have in the building?
It dims on electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmers, and those are the two types to spec. A standard incandescent TRIAC wall dimmer works. What will not work is a 0-10V dimmer or a low voltage magnetic dimmer, since the fixture is a 120V AC LED with no external driver to feed a control signal to.
2) Does the WAC FM-15RN meet California Title 24 and ADA for a multifamily job?
