Yes. The 6 inch Dice square fixture mounts either on the ceiling or on a wall, and WAC lists it as ADA compliant when wall mounted. It projects 2.38 inches from the surface, with a 6 by 6 inch body, so it stays within the shallow profile a corridor or stairwell sconce needs.
2) Does the FM-4006 need a separate LED driver or transformer?
No. The Dice FM-4006 runs on 120V AC LED technology with the electronics on board, so there is no remote driver or transformer to find space for. It wires straight to line voltage and the integrated LED module is included. 277V, 240V, or custom color temperature versions are special order.
3) What junction box does the 6 inch WAC Dice flush mount fit?
It is built to sit on a standard pancake junction box, which is what makes it workable on ceilings with no depth above the drywall. The backplate is 6 inches, matching the 6 inch fixture body, so the box and any old mounting holes are covered.
4) What dimmer works with the WAC FM-4006 LED flush mount?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmer. The Dice fixture is rated ELV only, and that is what gives the smooth full range dimming. A standard incandescent/TRIAC forward phase dimmer is not the specified control for it.
